The owner hires the equipment to the hirer in consideration of the payment for the period of hire and
otherwise on the terms of this agreement.
The rental terms and conditions set out below, and the owners current operator's
manua,l are incorporated in and form part of this agreement.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
The Owner the person(s) named in the agreement
The Hirer the person(s) or business to which the agreement is issued
2. The equipment must only be used in accordance with the operators manual which must be read and
adhered to at all times
3. a) The hirer must pay the hire charges shown in the contract. Hire charges will start at the time shown in the contract
and will continue until:-
The date inserted on the rental agreement or
The date the equipment is returned to the owner - whichever is later
b) For short term hire (a month or less) goods must be paid for in advance. For long term hire (a month or more)
the first month must be paid for in advance, then goods will be invoiced monthly for the months thereafter.
All amounts shown as due on invoices must be paid within ten working days from date of invoice. Invoices will
be deemed to have been delivered on the next working day after posting
4. Delivery and collection - The Owner will arrange for the delivery of the goods to the appropriate destination at cost
to the Hirer which can be quoted in advance if required.
Goods are the responsibility of the Hirer as soon as they have been delivered. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to
return the goods to the Owner either by a chosen courier or themselves and all costs for this are the responsibility of
the Hirer.
5. Goods must be returned to the Owner by the agreed date. The goods remain the responsibility of the Hirer until
they are returned to the Owner. If not returned by the agreed date the Owner is entitled to collect the goods and to
invoice the Hirer for inconvenience costs including labour and travelling expenses.
6. The Owner shall endeavour to replace any malfunctioning unit or part thereof by the next working day but malfunctioning
of the equipment as a result of any misuse or damage whether deliberate or accidental will be the responsibility of the Hirer.
Normally replacements will be sent by overnight courier.
7. The Owner cannot accept responsibility for consequential loss through late arrival or failure of the equipment.
8. The Hirer must keep the equipment and all parts thereof safely at all time and make good to the Owner any loss
or damage to the equipment due to any cause whatsoever except fair wear and tear.
9. The Hirer shall not at any time sell or lend or otherwise deal with or part with possession of the equipment or any
interest therein or in this Agreement or attempt to do so. The equipment remains the property of the Owner at all time.
10. The Hirer shall permit the Owner and his servants and agents at all reasonable times to inspect the equipment and
to adjust and repair them and will permit the goods to be removed to the Owner's own premises for such adjustment
or repair.
